1. Company name can be in English, or English plus Chinese.;
2. Minimum 1 Shareholder and 1 Director; Director(s) & Shareholder(s) can be same person or corporation;
3. There is no authorized capital or authorized share capital. The par value of shares is not required;
4. An unlimited number of shares are acceptable. There is an additional registration fee for over 50,000 shares;

2. We confirm to client whether names can be used.
3. After name confirmed, Client sends their original **Due Diligence, copies of Identify card/ Passport, addresses proof of proposed shareholder(s), director(s) and deposit slip by email or fax. (Identify card/ Passport must be sent in clear picture.)
4. Service charges should be fully paid by cash, cheque or remittance to our bank account: (For bank details, please contact us)
5. After confirmed received the payment, we will send or email the documents to client for signature, or client(s) come to our office for signature and settle the payment at the same time.
6. Incorporation is processing.
7. Whole set of company kit and documents will be available to client:
