Set up Requirement

1. Provided Company name for checking if it is available or not;
2. Minimum 1 Shareholder and 1 Director; Director(s) & Shareholder(s) can be same person or corporation;
3. One Hong Kong Registered address;
4. One Company Secretary is needed either be Hong Kong resident or Hong Kong limited company.

Set up Procedure

1. Tailor Made – Clients provide a company name for name search; Ready Made – Choose Company name from our Hong Kong Ready Made Company List for reservation.
2. We confirm to client whether names can be used.
3. After name confirmed, client sends their copies of Identify card/Passport, address proof of proposed shareholder(s), director(s) and company secretary, Hong Kong registered address (if applicable), and deposit slip by email or fax;(Identify card/Passport must be sent in clear picture.)
4. Service charges should be fully paid by cash, cheque or remittance to our bank account: (For bank details, please contact us)
5. After confirmed received the payment, we will send or email the documents to client for signature, or client can come to our office for signature and settle the payment at the same time.
6. Incorporation is processing.
7. Whole set of company kit and documents will be available to client:
   • Certificate of Incorporation (CI);
   • Business Registration Certificate (BR);
   • Share Certificate;
   • Articles of Association;
   • Filing documents (Original is kept in Company Registry);
   • Company chops.

  Note: After confirmed the signed documents and completion payment, the lead time for incorporation is: Tailor Made: 2 to 3 working days; Ready Made: 3 to 4 working days. Those days are not included the mailing day. Annual Tax Return Filing Services

• Profit Tax Return without commenced business;
• Profit Tax Return with commenced business – Refer to Account, Auditing & Taxation;
• Employer’s Return to Remuneration & Pensions without employees;
• Employer’s Return to Remuneration & Pensions with employees;
• Important: Failure filing tax return will have penalty from IRD.
